Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Rebrandly AI ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms.

Rebrandly AI is a web-based platform that enables users to scrape publicly available Shopify product data, process and rewrite product content using AI models, and export structured data as CSV files for use in e-commerce stores.

The Service accesses only public endpoints (e.g., /products.json) and does not bypass authentication, rate-limit protections, or robots.txt directives.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights of any party
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute scraped data in bulk without rights
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or security measures on any third-party website
• Use the Service to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading product listings
• Abuse the scraper in a manner that constitutes a denial-of-service against third-party stores
• Share your account credentials with other individuals
• Use automated scripts to interact with the Service beyond its published API

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension without refund.

The Rebrandly AI platform, its source code, UI design, and branding are the intellectual property of Rebrandly AI and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform.

AI-generated content produced by the Service (rewritten titles, descriptions, rebrand blueprints) is provided to you for your own use. We make no claim of ownership over content generated from your inputs.

Product data scraped from third-party stores remains the property of those respective store owners. Your use of that data must comply with applicable intellectual property law and the terms of the source store.

Free plan access is provided at no cost subject to daily usage limits. Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are stated in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months except as required by law or under our 7-day first-purchase refund policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that scraped data will be accurate, complete, or up to date, as it is sourced from third-party public endpoints beyond our control.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI output before use in commercial products or marketing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebrandly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for material breach of these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rebrandly AI is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
